Services: Project Management
The
Project Manager is selected directly by the Owner and is paid a
fee to act as his agent to translate his needs into a program of
work that will achieve his requirements of function, schedule and
budget.
This approach is
usually employed on major projects of a very complex nature,
spanning several years, where the Owner does not possess within
his own organization those special skills to effectively manage
the project on his own. On most major projects, however, the
Construction Manager or Architect can capably perform the role of
Project Manager.
