Description: The screen design, scaled to the highway,
is an illuminated steel arc of approximately 160 m in length. It is comprised of a cantilevered steel tube
650 mm in diameter that is curved along its length, with
cables forming a pattern from a steel linear member at
the caisson foundation base, up to the tube. The design
is augmented with LED tube lighting and LED accent
lighting spots at the sloped vertical double column
supports. A monument of exposed sandblasted concrete and
large backlit individual logo elements combines with the
screen to provide civic identification.
